DLM9 Slot-Panel (4-layer)
Are more efficient, sturdy and have a longer service life than standard (pleated) commercial air filters. Dustlok slot-panels are able to withstand moisture that standard pleated filters cannot, slot-panels do not gap (allow air to pass) or bind in air handler tracks. In addition, slot-panels are made to the exact size of the unit, no spacer or shim(s) needed.

Slot-Panels work with a 2 layer pre-filtering coarse air entering filter,
combined with DLM9 a dual-ply composite adhesive coated media
impregnated with anti-microbial that provides progressive depth-loading
of contaminants. An internal support grid with cross wires secures the
panel in place, preventing fluttering and dirt bypass which is something
pleated filters struggle with. The air leaving side, orange in color,
shall contain a non-drying, non-migratory composite adhesive coating the
downstream fibers all protected by an anti-microbial agent embedded in
the filter (never sprayed on afterwards). The pre-filter and DLM9 are
sewn together by our technicians to the size specified ensuring a
gapless no bunching fit. This process allows H&B to make just about
any size you might require.
